.....if there's ONE thing James Bush's (any relation? NOT sure but, a WEIRD ellipsis there with THAT family's mercantile concern BEING legally forgiven) testimonial during Day 2 of RF's 'Grand Jury' deliberations CEMENTED for me, it's that James HOLMES was indeed programmed by Company LUNATICS in CO to commit the Aurora act - and I've LONG believed it WAS behind Sandy Hook as well, at least to SOME extent - as for THIS seemingly prognostic analysis, I'd ADD Sirhan Sirhan and Mark David Chapman to the mix; patents for means of such bioelectrical manipulation go back to the late FIFTIES (probably facilitating PARTS of MK-Ultra then.....) https://canadafreepress.com/article/cia-mind-control-mass-shootings-is-there-a-correlation

and if you can't go, watch Utopia britt tv series 2013 (not last season... is a fake) now on Prime or online (my wife found it on the tube). It's the script of today narrative and events. Trust me, those idiots from media and politics and corporations, are real idiots that are not even able to come up with something original than just making real a great piece of fiction. There is no guru/manager/scientist behind this last 2 years. There is a just a TV Series script...

Thank you for sharing your insight on the corporations doing what they like to keep profits for their shareholders. I never saw it that way.

I believe it's a great idea to protest at the FDA and CDC, as well as the White House. President Biden seems to complete the trifecta along with his science adviser, Eric Lander (who I hear resigned).

I'm glad you wrote about conspiracy theories. When this started and I learned what was really happening I couldn't sleep well. I read everything I could get my hands on to find out the extent of their evil, and listened to every interview of doctors with the truth, just to have the knowledge, which I consider some protection for myself and my friends and family. But, it consumes one, so I have I have had enough of that kind of knowledge for a life time. But, now I have the resolve to withstand these buggers with everything I've got. Peaceful disobedience.

Unfortunately, I am not able to watch any of the videos you post because they are on Twitter. I've been banned from Twitter (unless I comply with their love of vaccines and the rules they implement based on that love). I hope you will consider posting your videos elsewhere. :)

Don't feel bad. I got banned from Twitter for life for using the word "slut" in a post. Now I have to use my husband's account. He has begged me not to be spicy. But it's fun to be a woman pretending to be a man--people say all kinds of things to you if they think you're a man.

love your takes, thanks for having at it on here! how would you and the kind people on here respond to the idea of a ranked choice Presidential midterm primary for a "people's pick" for an eventual run as our third party opposition to each subsequent election against the mainstream duopoly? wherein the debate of the midterm will be to establish the political temperature and perhaps be paired with an actual national poll at the voting booths to be compiled and presented, debated and seized upon... are these crazy ideas? what are your "thinking points" around these ideas? love to hear them... best to all out there

Expecting the BlackRobes to ride to the rescue is beyond stupid. People who get nominated to SCOTUS spend their entire lives proving they belong up in the house with Massah - what idiot believes that on getting let in the big house, they will suddenly give a rat's about the field hands?

Sotomayor made it clear that she's innumerate, which reinforces the idea that she's an AA hire. Point is, BlackRobes are, and have always been, power's lickspittles.

Hence Dredd Scott; Korematsu; Buck v Bell...

The Supreme Court approach to the covid-19 jabs seems to be based in the view that they are fully approved (not experimental) and that they are "vaccines", not medical treatments.

Since the 1905 Jacobson v Mass. case, "vaccines" have been in their own legal category. The assumption is that they're safe and effective public health measures, in the same category as seat belts or red lights. As such, the Supremes say, they don't raise any constitutional issues under the Bill of Rights.

It seems to me that the best legal approach to this, is for someone to file a lawsuit attacking the idea that the products have been developed or approved through a legitimate governmental process. Surely the PREP act was not intended to legalize racketeering by big pharma corporations and their captured government regulatory agencies. There needs to be a lawsuit directly against the Secretary of the HHS in his personal and governmental capacity, because he's derelict in his duty to protect the public interest under the PREP act.

A constitutional amendment is also a good idea, but it will take longer.

"Surely the PREP act was not intended to legalize racketeering by big pharma corporations and their captured government regulatory agencies"

That's exactly what it intended. THERE ARE NO FAILED POLICIES: there are only policies where the ACTUAL objective differs from the PUBLICLY-DISCLOSED objective.

Robert Higg's paper "The Myth of 'Failed' Policies" was written in 1995 - people have had an entire generation to wise up. https://mises.org/library/myth-failed-policies

And don't call me Shirley. KEK.

Your dopamine theory is of course correct, but also incomplete. People develop "conspiracy theories" because they want the whole picture to make sense. Once they become aware the government and health agencies are lying to them, then they need a REASON for that to be taking place. Greed and of course lack of regulation is part of it, but then the public asks, "but why did this take place in lockstep all around the world"? If it's only greed and deregulation, why did every country do the exact same thing, even many countries that DO have lots of regulations in place and much more democratic socialist institutions? Why are some countries like this doubling down now with mandates even as their narrative falls apart? Why are they being so authoritarian with protesters, even though the right to protest is written into their constitutions? It is very hard not to see this, if you are looking for patterns as humans do, as a global move toward totalitarianism that has nothing to do with the pandemic. And then the people ask, "Why is there a global move toward totalitarianism? Why would that be happening right now"?

Expand full comment

I agree completely. The global move towards totalitarianism, is because the globalists have decided that now is the time to make their move.

Why is Toby ascribing this opinion to "dopamine addiction fallacy" and encouraging his readers to "unplug" rather than indulge such investigations? And for that matter, why does Toby attack Alex Berenson for causing this "dopamine rush" -- when Berenson actively discourages his readers from asking questions about Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, the WEF, or any of the other globalist usual suspects?

And what is it about Linda's comment that Toby likes? I'm losing the thread here.

I think Toby just doesn't want to go there yet, but he'll get there. And he "liked" my post because he found it interesting. Of course the dopamine rush IS part of it, but it is part of it because evolution had to make us WANT to solve problems--evolution made it pleasurable to solve problems and make sense of things, because feeling pleasure in doing so helped us survive. To survive people have to question and be suspicious, to not be taken in. We're all on the same page here. (In other circumstances the group survives if they all robotically follow the leader, so any group of humans is going to have both types.)

The law does rule out love if you're a corporation because the law was changed to make it illegal for a company to care about anything BUT profit. Stakeholder capitalism, the Adam Smith kind, expects a business to care about the community first, and profit second. The kind our monster elites have put in place now would shock Adam Smith to his core.
