The "You Must Follow The Science(TM)!" gang, completely changed all of their recommendations, because their polls numbers were terrible. Got it.

My strategy:

LOVE

Seek positive ( babies and little kids )

Shine my light

Shine light on others lights

Listen

LOVE

Tell myself to remember that EVIL is empowered by FEAR

BE FEARLESS ( even when Iā€™m scared as shit !)

My best recharge was taking the scary steps to find a new job in another state that is much much freer than mine. Our entire family just had an offer accepted on a house. We are doing this! Very very exciting and we all feel more hopeful than we have for a long time.

They've declared war on the people across the west. No other explanation after the past 20 years, and especially the past two. It's a Silent War. Most people don't even know they're targets. https://thegoodcitizen.substack.com/p/the-silent-war

I have lots of ways to recharge if I can tear myself away from Substack. I do my arts and crafts of which there are way too many to name. I build simple pieces of furniture and paint and refinish furniture when I get in the right mood. I cook for my daughterā€™s family (keto for my daughter), I read mysteries, and my daughter and I walk when we can. Iā€™m also preparing my flower beds for spring, and I help take care of my grandchildren and their new puppies. Itā€™s hard to be unhappy with grandkids and puppers around. I like to sit outside in the sun and watch the birds at the feeders and my neighborā€™s chickens eating the dropped sunflower seeds. I live in the country and the sounds and sights are calming.

This is such a great piece because it really describes and explains what is going on overall. Last week, my 8 year old couldn't play on the basketball team unless he is fully vaxxed (that's still the rule) and today the die-hard states "coincidentally" dropped mask (but not vax) mandates. It couldn't be more schizophrenic. The entire regime needs to be taken down.

Good for recharging body, mind, and soul:

Baking bread (and eating it!)

Growing food (and eating it!)

Being outside and being still so you can notice the beauty and abundance of nature

Slowing down

Lighting candles and saying the magic words - thank you, I love you

Remembering that love is more powerful than hate and should never be underestimated.

Well said. Evil does lurk in silent corridors. We need to be aware of them, if only to be the guides to the hypnotized who have yet to awaken and will be in a state of confusion when things come out in the open. It is an upside down world right now.

I keep myself at peace by: reading words of those giving spiritual guidance, taking walks, putting away social media and seeing what is around me in my own environment and trying to make that a better place in any way I can.

Thank you for your words.

I take my dogs out to the park and soak up the sunshine, I listen to music I love, dance & sing along, I work in my garden, putting my frustrations and anger into every shovel of dirt I dig up, I go get a plate of crispy beef tacos šŸŒ® at the local taco shop near my housešŸ˜‹(after all I am Frontera Lupita!) I meet with my new found friends and we share food and drink and talk for hours, I go to rallies & gatheringsā€¦I even got to meet the fabulous Dr. Christiane Northrop at a Beach Walk Meditation here in San Diego a few weeks agoā€¦writing this has made me felt so grateful to be alive at this moment in timeā€¦When ALL STAND STRONG TOGETHER we will defeat the ā€˜enemyā€™ and BE VICTORIOUS! šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ„šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ™šŸ¼šŸ’“

They lie because itā€™s legal to do it. Obama passed a law allowing the government to propagandize (lie) to us. Americans need to be educated about this law and it needs to be changed. Then they have to defend against facts. Now they can say anything big pharma wants without accountability.

A thought provoking article. I think most are watching Canada very closely. The truckers are amazingly disciplined in their ability to remain calm and peaceful in an incredibly potentially volatile stand-off. In the end, if they are successful it will spread like wildfire. I believe that was the reason for the threat. They know this is the very thing that will stop them. There are so many more of us than them. As for those poll numbers? They are as laughable as this criminal claiming to have been the most voted in candidate in history. I don't think his approval rating is anywhere close to 39%. It's probably closer to 15%. I honestly believe the democrats (new party-Marxist globalist) will create some false flag operation putting the country under martial law preventing another election. They know if they allow another election (November) it will be done for them. Canada wants their freedom bad. I wonder if the United States does anymore?

Thank you again for your updates. Seeing the Canadian People carrying gas by hand to the freedom truckers brought tears to my eyes. I resolve to have their Fortitude and courage in the face of tyranny.

Monday 2/14/22 will be the 2-year anniversary in San Diego County, when the Board of Supervisors declared a "7-day" state of emergency (that could, you know, be extended to 30 days.)

Since I find crafts relaxing, I plan to deliver a dozen red roses (with some red spray-painted styrofoam balls with red golf tees sticking out of them -- peppered in the arrangement.)

And oh ... a cotton cloth mask glued to the vase. The traditional two-year anniversary gift is cotton, after all ... so thought it would be a quite fitting way to wish them a Happy 2-year Covidversary. :)

Hi!

Misinformation or disinformation is NOT a crime which is considered a "lie" by someone.

Who decides what is misinformation or disinformation? Are we not allowed to disagree with someone or the government and state facts and NOT be liars?

Lying under "oath" is a crime, and Bill Clinton lied under oath and didn't land in jail as some people have.

Some people have protection that the rest of us don't have.

Furthermore, it is NOT a crime to create your own narrative or your own story about something or anything for that matter EXCEPT to "libel" someone. That is mentioned in the my state (Maine) constitution; it becomes a legal issue.

If it is a crime, then no one can say anything ever = no free speech.

If mistakes were made in the narrative or story, then that is NOT a crime either, and they can be corrected unless done on purpose to libel someone, and that becomes a whole other matter altogether.

So lying per se is NOT a crime. Who hasn't lied about their age, weight and so on?

Misinformation/disinformation is NOT a crime either for the most part. Facts are facts. Opinions can be right or wrong.

Be careful of "libel" issues; no one has a right to "libel" anyone - deliberate lies about someone and ruin their reputation. This becomes a legal issue. See your own state constitution. Mine mentions it.

Misrepresenting a product or service can be a crime. Look up product liability issues, for instance.

Thank you!
