Here are my latest thinking points:
Who exactly is the enemy that the CIA is targeting these days?
From the 1950s through the 1980s the CIA overthrew democratically elected governments and assassinated leaders in the U.S. and around the world in the name of fighting communism.
After the fall of communism, the CIA pivoted to fighting terrorism. After 9/11 their mission expanded considerably to include a global network of black sites where they conducted torture. They also engage in covert military operations on the ground inside a wide range of countries.
More recently, the CIA has expanded their mission yet again. We have evidence of coordination between the U.S. Department of Defense, Fauci, the EcoHealth Alliance, bioweapons labs in the U.S., and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (a Chinese bioweapons lab) to conduct gain-of-function research. This has all of the hallmarks of a CIA operation.
One could make the case that the CIA is now fighting viruses/pandemics in the name of national defense. But this effort CREATED the chimera virus that has killed more Americans than all foreign wars combined. Since the chimera virus was released, governments across the developed world, Pharma, and Big Tech have all worked together to control the message, surveil and censor the population, and smash any dissent. Again this reeks of CIA involvement.
So my question is, who/what exactly is the CIA fighting these days? My hunch is that the answer is us. Not just the medical freedom movement (although we are certainly targeted) but the general public. This seems like a class war and the CIA’s new mission is not to defend the U.S. per se but rather to defend the global ruling class from the peasants who might overthrow them.
The narrative must be defended
Lots of people are talking about the Feb. 7, 2022 Bulletin from the National Terrorism Advisory Center at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. It defines critical thinking, free speech, and anyone who questions the government as terrorist threats.
Alex Berenson correctly points out that this is a significant escalation from an administration that was already engaged in the most extensive censorship campaign in American history.
I just want to draw your attention to one particular facet of this unhinged Bulletin:
SUMMARY OF THE TERRORISM THREAT TO THE UNITED STATES: The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories…
They continue:
While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment: (1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions…
DHS uses the word “narrative” eleven times in a two-page document.
They finally said the quiet part out loud.
A narrative is just a story. DHS is saying that anyone who tells a story different from the official government narrative is now a terrorist, who will be dealt with.
This is an astonishing development.
At no point does the DHS say that they are defending the facts. No, they are defending the official story and they intend to use their $52 billion a year budget and vast police powers to do it.
The great sociologist Max Weber famously said that ‘the state is the monopoly on the legitimate use of violence.’
Democrats have now added to that concept and they believe that ‘the state is the monopoly on the legitimate use of false or misleading narratives to further the interests of key industries.’
Crazy times we are living in.

Disastrous polling for Biden, part 1
Jeff Childers at Covid and Coffee spotted this gem:
The Hill reported yesterday that the Biden Administration is now in crisis mode over its polling with Black Americans, who have historically supported the Democratic party in large (90%+) numbers.
An NBC News poll released Jan. 20 shows Biden’s approval rating among Black Americans slid markedly, to 64 percent approval now, down from 83 percent nine months ago. The Hill points out that even a moderate lapse in Black turnout could “doom many congressional Democrats in November.”
Bringing back Jim Crow will do that to ya. The racism in the Democratic Party is so pervasive that it never occurred to them that barring upwards of three quarters of young Black people from eating indoors in restaurants in New York city might not go over well.
Disastrous polling for Biden, part 2
The wonderful Jeffrey Tucker at the Brownstone Institute draws our attention to this stunning new data from Real Clear Politics. The average of the eight most recent polls shows Biden’s approval rating at 39.8%. The polling average shows that he is 14.6 points underwater and some polls have him as much as 19 points underwater.
THAT’S why the Biden administration is rolling back coronavirus restrictions — they know that lockdowns, masks, and vaccine mandates are a political loser.
The mainstream media is dying
And yet they will not take the obvious steps that would save themselves.
Biden is polling at 39.8%. Fauci is polling at 40%. But for the past two years not a single dissenting voice has been allowed to appear on any mainstream news channels (other than Tucker Carlson). So 60% of the audience does not have their views represented on the news at all. No wonder the mainstream media is failing.
So Joe Rogan, Del Bigtree, RFK Jr., Steve Kirsch, Alex Berenson, and others went out and built their own audience on alternative platforms and now they have a larger reach than Rachel Maddow or Anderson Cooper. Honestly even the second tier in the medical freedom movement — el gato malo, eugyppius, and my Substack probably have a bigger audience than Don Lemon some days.
The obvious solution to this declining market share is for CNN, MSNBC, NPR, etc. to bring these dissenting voices into the studio for dialogue and debate. Conflict is drama and good for ratings — and there is none of that on the mainstream propaganda networks.
But the mainstream media work for the cartel so even as their audience dwindles down to zero they refuse to respond to the enormous market demand to tell the truth. Instead they launch censorship campaigns, coordinated by the cartel and digital mercenaries Media Matters (funded by predatory billionaires who have investments in Pharma) to try to silence the voices that are more popular than they are.
I know we say this a lot but it bears repeating — the mainstream media has committed crimes against humanity for the past two years and should be prosecuted accordingly.
The carnage of the Fauci era
The carnage of the Fauci era is so enormous that it’s difficult to comprehend. If this country survives, historians will look back and see Fauci as an American Josef Mengele, operating at the highest levels of the federal government for 37 years, serving Pharma rather than the American people.
Fauci caused a 400% increase in chronic illness, rigged the federal response to every public health disaster from AIDS to Covid in order to enrich the cartel, and created a bioweapon that killed more Americans than all foreign wars combined.
This story is now bigger than World War II. It’s the largest intelligence failure in American history and a crime against humanity as large as Stalin, Mao, or Pol Pot. And it’s happening right now, we are living though it.
So many people have woken up to Fauci’s crimes that he is now an albatross around the neck of the Biden Administration. But Pharma can never allow Fauci to retire because he knows too many secrets.
The Atlantic surrenders
The magazine that put out the most vicious hit on Alex Berenson has now waved the white flag.
I would just add, this massive pivot that we are seeing from Democrats — every major Democratic publication and spokesperson doing a 180 degree turn within just a few days of each other, is expensive af to coordinate. It takes tens of millions of dollars; a massive staff; and weeks of planning, phone calls, and meetings to develop, distribute, and practice the new talking points.
Left to their own devices, Democrats cannot organize their way out of a wet paper bag and cannot come to consensus on anything (other than “Orange Man Bad”). The coordination that we are seeing must be directed by Pharma. They are the only ones with the resources, skill, and infrastructure necessary to pull this off. Pharma will go all in to try to rescue the Dems before the midterm elections. And when that does not work they will shift to trying to buy off Republicans.
