What a remarkable time to be alive. Every day is a swirl of emotions — from fear to elation. The resistance faces an unprecedented foe. And yet we grower stronger, faster, and wiser with each passing moment. Here are my thinking points from the last few days:
In the late 90's I was named problematic for being against the flow, for trying to convince the people about what we are seeing now. Time gave me the opportunity to see that I was not wrong. Still suffering the pain from harassment do to my critical thinking; all my 4 children sufferss the consequences of vaccines but family and friends still do not believe. I. FOUND PEACE IN YOUR WORDS because I was never wrong about my thoughts.
In case you thought the SCOTUS's OSHA ruling was a victory, I draw your attention to this section of the majority ruling:
"That is not to say OSHA lacks authority to regulate occupation-specific risks related to COVID–19. Where the virus poses a special danger because of the particular features of an employee’s job or workplace, targeted regulations are plainly permissible. We do not doubt, for example, that OSHA could regulate researchers who work with the COVID–19 virus. So too could OSHA regulate risks associated with working in particularly crowded or cramped environments. But the danger present in such workplaces differs in both degree and kind from the everyday risk of contracting COVID–19 that all face. OSHA’s indiscriminate approach fails to account for this crucial distinction— between occupational risk and risk more generally—and accordingly the mandate takes on the character of a general public health measure, rather than an “occupational safety or health standard.” 29 U. S. C. §655(b)"
The two sentences of interest (rest included for context) are: "We do not doubt, for example, that OSHA could regulate researchers who work with the COVID–19 virus. So too could OSHA regulate risks associated with working in particularly crowded or cramped environments."
This is a gigantic wedge just begging for some opportunist to grab the handle of the ax and chop this weak, apologetic garbage into sawdust. The court does not argue in defense of Constitutional rights, but instead argues on the basis of a technicality of wording. How long will it be before a new case is brought to the court that defines some businesses as "particularly crowded or cramped" (a subjective, non-quantifiable term)? Once that flimsy non-objective hurdle is jumped, it'll be game-on for a new slew of mandates.
This is not a victory. We must act to stop this madness by revealing it for what it is - a violation of Constitutionally-guaranteed rights. The totalitarians couldn't be happier with this ruling because now they can see that the court is not concerned with the Constitution. Undefined and vague references to density and space are merely small speed bumps to those seeking to legalize assault and battery (and beyond). This weakness will be exploited, and probably sooner than you think.

So I think they still have room to come back and say that improving air filtration systems make sense but vaccines do not.

Peak energy/natural resource bust has never resonated with me though. Humanity is ingenious and can invent its way out of many problems. For example: oil companies, that are best positioned to understand their own reserves, do not seem to be worried at all. The world had too much food before coronavirus and vaccines and other toxicants are driving the birth rate below replacement (HPV vaccine especially). There definitely seems to be an extraordinary dark energy here. But control, power over others, a lust for domination (but now they have the technological tools to accomplish global totalitarianism) are my best guesses for now. But I'm open to other explanations.

To add, I read a newspaper article yesterday (National Post in Canada) interviewing a doctor who claimed the vaccine passports are ok because although he admitted the vaccine does not stop transmission, it helped keep people out of the hospital by reducing symptoms; so by preventing the unvaxxed from university, sports, gyms, flying, trains, working, restaurants and soon Costco etc the passports protected them from getting the virus as they were safer at home. I was shocked to hear such twisted logic in trying to justify the continuing use of the vax pass. A myopic focus on solidarity with the COVID cult. It’s just so hard to see and understand how so many fellow citizens can be so cruel and not see the harms caused and worse justify it by saying they are helping. Has anyone a reply back to that logic that might help? Besides the ok so in your world we die of hunger but didn’t have COVID? Thanks
Since we know the vaccines don’t prevent transmission, we can conclude that this is not (and never was) about community health, it’s purely an individual decision. If the virus is such a threat, let us unvaccinated heathens fall ill and die. At some point, there won’t be enough of us plebs to “overwhelm the healthcare system” or we will all have enough lingering immunity such that capacity issues shouldn’t be a concern.
Curious how that logic is never extended to preventative treatments, nutrition, homelessness, unemployment - factors that send many people to the hospital and cost the health care system billions.

Upon seeing that Nike sent a letter to fire all unvaxxxed workers ... I spent 5 mins online chatting at nike . com about a "product question" - they were eager to help. I let them know I (and my large, sporting family) would be boycotting all Nike products going forward. I started by asking for a form to express myself to corporate leaders and then had a brief, pleasant (from my point of view, not sure how "Carmen" felt about it:-) interaction about medical freedom, healthy, personal responsibility and personal choice and how their (Nike) public stance would hurt their brand. It's only one person, one interaction - but maybe it can spread.
This small action is not quite a sit-in at a segregated lunch counter in segregation south ... but something for the fight we find ourselves that is free, quick and even a bit "fun" as in peacefully subversive for a good, important cause !!!

As to this specific low level, guerilla tactic (my little Nike chat support interaction) ... after it played out and I reflected on how simple and enjoyable the experience was ... further insight/inspiration:
A seed of an idea was born - and I actually went ahead and bought a web domain loosely based around the idea of inspiring others (and being inspired by others) to engage in these low level, everyday, person to person ways.
It's a mish mash of ideas in my head right now ...
*use modern day tech (chat based engagement)
*simple low level (anyone can do it)
*everyday People Power (quickly can scale up)
*peacefully subversive a la civil disobedience (non-violent guerilla tactics)
*goes after soft spots (companies thinking about brand and profits)
If I build it, will they come ... also, do I have the brains, skill, stamina to build it ... or the wherewithal to gather support and help make it happen !?!
