Oh, thanks, hombre. Tatiana made my day. Maybe Twitter isn't a total loss. And they need farmers in Ottowa. Lots and lots of farmers on their big scary tractors locking the place down. And a run on the banks. And cops to cross sides, like the police chief. Launch a recall against Fidel. Escalate!

Regarding new political categories: I agree completely that a new political alignment is taking place. Like you, I now find little use for 'left' and 'right', and the words 'progressive' and 'conservative' both need to be qualified. Here are the new categories as I see them:

BOUGIES: statists, liberals, fiscal progressives, net wealth consumers, and those with a sense of entitlement.

DEMIURGICS: anti-statists, libertarians, social conservatives, net wealth producers, and those without a sense of entitlement.

Yes, it's a class divide - but not the one that Marx envisioned.

Great list To-Do's for getting things going in the right direction! And that really does say it all, the fact that Pfizer would rather give up the entire India market than submit its horrible mRNA product to local testing in India.

I guess I could add that one to your list: Any future drug or vaccine to be licensed in the U.S. must first be tested entirely in the U.S., with vaccine clinical trials on a par with the Salk polio trial -- 600,000 participants minimum. If they can't find enough volunteers right here in the U.S., that must mean the product isn't really needed.

Left versus right is now just another false narrative: they are two faces of the same ideology - the ideology of the corporate oligarchy.

As for demands: most of what the corporate oligarchy can give you isn't worth having.

It is going with statist labeling that has caused such bizarre political classification, such as identifying Nazi as “right wing” Nazi, which is structured socialism with corporations allowed, as long as they served the state, is essentially what we have now. The only real debate is who is in charge, the corporations or the state. ( They are essentially the same, yet the LAW ( which is given power over others via violence or the threat of violence) resides in the State. Therefore the state is always in charge, and can destroy any corporations it chooses. Yet naturally wealthy corporations place their supporters in political positions.

The message however is that it is ALWAYS statism verses limited governmental power over individual liberty and sovereignty. ( The right to be left alone). The entire structure of the United States was founded on these principles of limited government and individual liberty.

Always this is the battle, and with Covid, blatantly obvious. Right and left DID NOT change. Power over others was, is, and always will be the goal of the GEBs. ( Greedy Evil Bastards) The GEBs have always cloaked there evil under “idealism”

( Such is the nature of the tyrant, when first he appears, he is a protector”) Plato. So true then, obviously true now, and will be true tomorrow. ( See, nothing has changed, it is just that the left ( statism) has marketed itself far better and mislabeled the dark side of human nature to apply to those that would limit their government power.

Evil, and good, but we are discussing evil now, is a human trait, universally. It is best defined as “Power over others”. ( All crimes fit this) It manifests in any and all systems, as it is endemic to human nature. So statists mislabel this as “right wing” when history proves that the mythopoetic idealism of statism only serves to legislate and codify “Power over Others”

Covid is a microcosm of this. There never was any need to force anyone to take the jab If there was a truly novel deadly virus ( a CFR far higher then Covid which, it turns out, was not novel) and a truly effective vaccine, common sense and self preservation would have 90 plus percent choosing to vaccinate, and the resulting RO would have more then decimated the disease. ( zinc, ivermectin and vitamin D did this incredibly effectively)

There was ZERO need to force anyone to take the jab, threaten their rights, liberty or career. And regardless, there is not now or ever a government right to do this to anyone.

The individual, faced with such tyranny says, “ This is the hill some GEB will die on.”

And it is understandable. Taking away a man or woman’s freedom rights and career if they reject your medicine is evil. Only made more insidious when the “cure” is not only ineffective, but deadly.

Regardless it is statism, where individual liberty rights and autonomy are suppressed and then obliterated, non existent. So please drop the “right wing” false identity as “ the greedy bad guys” when the last 100 plus years have clearly shown that the statist system of government always engenders the dark side of humanity, the lust for wealth and “ power over others “ to

flourish under cover of law, under the guise of idealism.

If one wants idealism, live it, teach it to your children, incorporate it into your education as the only way for true happiness in individuals and society. ( It is, universally people are happy when they promote the well being of others, and ultimately miserable when the live a life of greed)

but never ever give it the power of law, “power over others protected by force” as always the dark side of human nature then finds fertile ground to engender evil tyranny. ( 160 million murdered by their OWN government over the last 11 decades is proof of this assertion. )

I would add: complete 100% restructuring of our healthcare system. Including letting doctors be doctors with no fear of losing their license if they go off protocol.

"Institutions exist to reproduce themselves. None of these institutions ever want autism to actually be figured out." THIS!!!

Similarly, the Dog Rescue Business also never really wants to SOLVE the abandoned and excess dogs/cats problem. Why you ask? Because it is BIG BUSINESS and many people make 6, and some even make 7 figure salaries off fund-raising for their cause. The rescue business is even talking about breeding their own dogs to get enough "product" to sell to the masses. Sick!!!

Same thing for the animal rights organizations. They keep raising money off of HSUS, ASPCA, DXE and PETA (among MANY MANY OTHERS) to make animal ownership harder and harder through legislation, until eventually we will all be vegan by brute force, and not allowed to have any pets at all.

Be very careful what organizations you support. Very careful.

PS There really isn't a dog overpopulation problem anymore. This is why they import sick and diseased pets from China, SE Asia, the Middle East and have brought in sick, diseased, new versions of tick and tick borne disease infected dogs to our country. Because there is not enough "product" here to support all of these businesses (excuse me... ahem... "rescues"). And that is why they have talked for years about breeding their own dogs to sell.

PSS The solution in the USA is to offer free spay/neuter and have surgical vans criss-crossing the areas of our country that do have excess unwanted dogs. That would solve the problem, but put a lot of people out of a fundraising job.

What would I add to your list? You left out a big group: The Trumpers.

The Trumpers were already insane before all this. They like guns and being racist and sexist and self-centered, and they naturally land the right way on mandates. They actually don't know anything about vaccines or health...they just on first principles don't like being fucked with.

It's an important group to understand and acknowledge because the PIMP folks think we're all in this group.

A lot of good points, Toby! I would add to the list of demands that national laws be passed that would make it illegal for "mandates" to ever be used again, as a way to circumvent the laws of a nation that protect it's citizens inalienable freedoms and liberties! As bad as all the corruption being exposed is, it is very encouraging to see more and more people at the grassroots waking up and rising up - standing against tyranny and fighting for their freedom and liberty. There is hope, and we definitely need to pray for and support the truckers. Pray this movement continues to grow and catch momentum around the world. Pray the Paris truckers persevere. I read yesterday, police there attacked them with tear gas.

Separate healthcare and State.

Benjamin Rush was right.

If your political views have been upset, consider joining one that has been vindicated.

Libertarianism holds that human interaction are legitimate if no agression was initiated.

Political institutions being based on extorsion are illegitimate.

Big pharmas are private ? Not so: The State stands between us and the healthcare providers.

Their profits are illegitimate, that's no capitalism.

Public health as a concept is vaid but does not require an authoritarian institution: Healthcare insurance companies do profit from lower morbidity and mortality. Money is not immoral per se, legitimate (honest, non-violent) profits are good. Free market prices carry the aggregated value judgements of lay people, including ethics.

But public health as a State prerogative is utterly tyranical by definition and inevitably turns into abject evil.

Separate healthcare and State.

I love your take on us being "midst of a worldwide revolution against Pharma totalitarianism and it all started with Canadian truckers." God Bless the Truckers!

I have long been against the drugging of people to handle "mental illness", but it has gone to the extreme of drugging for every little thing (elevated cholesterol for instance), vaccinating for every little childhood illness. I had both measles and mumps as a child and lived through them. I now have natural immunity. Robert Kennedy's book on the Real Anthony Fauci is a treatise on the long trail of misdeeds made by Fauci in public health.

We should be going back to basics like eating organic food and exercising to keep our bodies well. We have been sorely misled.

Thank you, Toby, for leading the crusade among other brave and very smart people!

“…Applied Behavioral Analysis every year even though it is now widely seen as traumatizing and dehumanizing for people on the spectrum.“

I disagree with your comments on ABA though I’m biased. Like all professions, there are good and bad behavior analysts. I’ve known families that have followed their child’s BCBA across multiple states to retain their services. My understanding of the sentiment you expressed is that a relatively small group of people experienced trauma and have painted all of ABA with a broad brush through very negative publicity. I know a lot of parents and families that depend on their BCBAs. Just my two cents.

I’m curious if there’s anything else aside from vaccines that you attribute to the rise of autism? Genetics, diet, technology, medical condition of the mother or father or anything else?

Jamie Handley's book will upset you but likely change your perspective.

As a mom of a kid on the spectrum, I have many friends also in my position. ABA is, in general, not that great. I know only a couple of people who say it was of benefit. Most people I know say, "Well, insurance pays for it so we do it." Practitioners really make a difference for sure. But overall it is a lesser form of therapy for our kids.

Expand full comment

What other forms of therapy have worked?

I get it, ABA isn’t going to work for some kids, maybe most kids on the spectrum. It certainly isn’t a cure. I was contending that it’s harsh to say ABA is dehumanizing. I’d agree that some practitioners have behaved in such a way, but in my experience they all care deeply for the people they work with.

I posted the list of demands to my own site (with a link back here) and one reader of mine suggested this: "Set up strict standards of proof that diseases meet the appropriate, severe definition of pandemic, and require legislatures to vote on it after consulting the constituency, before public officials are given broad powers to overturn people's rights. This is a loophole that needs to be closed."
