Police departments are aware they exist and that innocent people are being attacked and harmed by them, but they turn a blind eye to them. City councils do the same. There are probably tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of victims, and most of them end up committing suicide because of the damage which is done to them. This, to me, is the ultimate example of the insanity that is rampant today.
What about the massive increase in gender dysphoria around 2011? It stands out because the massive increase in young girls suffering from it. No doubt the internet plays a roll and there does seem to be a "social contagion" aspect to it. I do think there is something else at play first for those other factors to matter.

When I was finishing my book I mentioned that we are now in the age of medical tyranny but I never thought they would completely abandon any notion of morality. What we are seeing is a captured industry, rotten to the core. Personally I have had two family members affected by these drugs: one was killed outright and the other has been living a sad, unfulfilled life where he is only a shadow of his former self. I am entertaining a deeper thesis on these drugs: they perhaps were designed to create demons (by demons) and that was the ONLY purpose.
