I have not heard of the "pan doctrine" so I will look into it. However, I take issue with the idea of the immune system. The best and most advanced knowledge on this is that we do not have an immune system as it has been defined. We have a DETOXIFICATION SYSTEM. Not an immune system. You are still clinging to the disproven germ theory. I refer you to Stefan Lanka, Tom Cowan, Andy Kaufman, Antoine Bechamp, Robert O Young and viroliegy.com for more. Harold Hillman and Gilbert Ling you should also know. Know them first actually. We are talking about very dangerous errors in medical science.
I am a student of Ayurveda, TCM, herbalism, naturopathy and allopathy and have a biological sciences degree and I do science reporting myself. I have studied this for years. I will be creating my own channel. So, I would really start looking into the entire MISCONCEPTION that the immune system represents. Antibodies do not lock and key attack antigens. That is BUNK. Lock and key models: BUNK. Basically, immunology and virology are frauds.
Having a loving companion animal is healing for all. Yet they are over vaccinated also, without informed consent ... and a loop of energy and time and money on the pharma (and wholistic), wheels when an innocent beast has their immune system constantly over activated.
Being outdoors is healing. Something there was little encouragement to do, in our supposed war on a virus that doesn't spread outside.
Music, healing .. (except when favorite artists become vaccine promoters or, well, Neil Young ... )
And on the side of does much more health damage than is acknowledged, and also captures regulators, academia, and media (but gets away with it more than even pharma now), is wireless / pulsed, data modulated microwave radiation. So much saturation of wireless. From antennas, rooftops, routers, devices, and even from space.
I've dove deep down the rabbit holes of contagion (myth or truth?), resonance, virus isolation, chemtrails & EMF. And I thank this Plandemic for opening my eyes and mind to the exploration into the hidden mysteries of healing and what true health is! So many rabbit holes! Vaccines are dead to me.

1- Consider the data in the source material
2- Engineers improved population health w/infrastructure
3- Doctors harm individual & population health w/unnecessary interventions
4- Socio-cultural approaches of 'Let food be thy medicine' and 'Laugher is the best medicine' are still the best advice for maintaining healthy immune systems and optimal health
5- Power, prestige & profit motivate stakeholder to suppress best health practices.
You are right that the human immune system is poorly understood by "experts". Virologists come to mind. A priesthood telling us invisible particles are invading us and only they know how to keep them under control. No different from your padre telling you he has the inside line to God and only he can intervene for you. "Toxicants play a huge role in disease..." Yes, this is the big one. Not only physical toxicants but spiritural, energetic ones, which we are bombarded with daily by our not-so-friendly media. And as a side note, you can look at the side effects of any drug in the PDF and find that one of the damaging effects will be the very thing it's supposed to be treating. All drugs are toxicants and this is modern medicine a la Rockefeller. Vaccines no different.
Nutrition policy has to be removed from the USDA—conflict of interest. And docs need to understand the chemistry of food and the human body. And the impact of Big Ag chemicals on the human body. And the impact of fake food on the human body. Can you see the web that hs formed here?
Some scientists think that some childhood vaccines have non-specific effects. Some vaccines produce beneficial ones and others harmful ones. I don't think you can lump all childhood vaccines in the bad category.
Toby, in light of your perspectives on the incredible power/capability of the human immune system and suppression of effective health treatments by the pharmaceutical industry and lobby, I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on alternative cancer treatment versus the current standard of care. This is another area where authoritative information is difficult for us peasants to discover and sort through. Bringing your critical thinking and analysis to the issue would be a great next project, now that you’ve defeated the covidians, lol.
