What a silly study. Who cares about the cost to society? Not the families of children who were poisoned into Autism? Should study how much money is sucked out of these families paying for stupid ABA services which treat humans like animals, and how much is being invested in drugs and medications! The REAL information comes at the VERY END of the above article where you point out that it is not just Big Pharma and Governments pushing this "genetic lie", but it is the Boom Businesses trying to grab a $$$$ share of autism, like ABA and useless professionals that encourage the poisoning to continue and push the genetic lie, sucking out money from the parents that they are encouraging to ignore the REAL CAUSES of autism. In British Columbia, it was disgusting to see the explosion of the ABA bloodsuckers spreading their lies in homes, schools, and in public talks, which all happened when the government agreed to provide families with funding for "approved" treatments, ignoring natural teaching and the multi-disciplinary services (20 hours per week) that a study showed to be as effective as ABA (40 hours per week).
