The Jesus story hits different after the events of the last two years
Fauci is a modern-day King Herod massacring the innocents in order to hold onto power
Regardless of your religious beliefs, the Biblical story of Jesus is remarkably contemporary. In the Gospel of Matthew, a simple government mandate (a census!) quickly descends into infanticide as a corrupt King fears overthrow by the peasants. Hearing the story as a child I thought it was over the top, antiquated, and unique. Now it feels like the story was written yesterday and is describing our current government. I’ve come to see the Jesus story as a meditation on the human condition and a warning about universal human flaws — a lust for power, a tendency for corruption, and a penchant for violence. This is not a religious post per se. Rather it’s about how perspectives change with time and experience.
My dad was an ordained Presbyterian minister and a professor of theology at a Protestant seminary. Every Christmas eve, before we opened presents, he would read to us three stories — the Biblical account of the birth of Jesus (usually the Gospel of Luke), The Second Coming by William Butler Yeats, and For the Time Being by W. H. Auden.
My dad passed away in 2016 so I just stayed in Australia for Christmas working on my doctoral thesis on The Political Economy of Autism. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2018, the question became who would read the three stories at Christmas? When the time came, my brothers and I divided them up and I got the poem by Yeats. But I couldn’t get through it, I knew too much about how the world worked by then and felt every line in that poem (that was written in the aftermath of World War I).
This Christmas, after two years of global state-sponsored pandemocide, I could not read any of the stories out loud. The Jesus story in particular just wrecked me because it feels like we are now living that story every day.
In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. (Luke 2:1)
Oh cool, a census! What could possibly go wrong?
So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room available for them at the inn.(Luke 2:4-7).
Why is government forcing a very pregnant woman to travel just to be counted? It appears to be on short notice. An entire culture built around hospitality and no one at the inn was willing to make room for the very pregnant lady!?
[Now I’ll switch to the account in Matthew 2:13-18 which documents King Herod’s actions.]
The Escape to Egypt
When the Magi had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up,” he said, “take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”
So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt, where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: “Out of Egypt I called my son.”
When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.
So two days after Mary gives birth to Jesus in a stable, the whole family has to flee in the middle of the night to escape state-sponsored infanticide. And three days after the birth of Jesus, King Herod goes on a rampage and massacres all of the boys up to age two in Bethlehem and its vicinity.
When the state of California proposed SB 277 in 2015 to remove the personal belief exemption to the bloated CDC vaccine schedule, parents warned that it would lead to an increase in the autism rate and cause families to flee the state. Democrats said they didn’t care, passed the bill anyway, and both disasters happened exactly as we predicted (autism rates skyrocketed and there was an exodus of families from California).
When the state of California proposed SB 276 in 2019, to remove all medical exemptions to the bloated CDC vaccine schedule, we explained that the bill violates the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki, the U.S. Constitution, the Hippocratic Oath, and standard norms of science and medicine. Democrats said they did not care and passed it anyway. Pharma moved similar bills in all 50 states.
It was clear that the genocide was now in full swing — with Pharma trying to vaccinate 100% of the population to eliminate the control group and thus hide the evidence of their crimes against humanity.
I know at least ten families who have had to flee California in order to escape this state-sponsored infanticide. Under COVID “vaccine” mandates, families are fleeing government tyranny across all blue states and moving to red states.
Herod’s actions 2000 years ago appeared insane. Why would a King murder all of the boys under two in the region? How could children ever be seen as a threat to power?
Now after watching Fauci operate for the last 37 years and seeing bourgeois society cover up the genocide of children (particularly boys) starting with the 1986 Act, I see that genocide/infanticide/democide are just some of the things that corrupt governments do to stay in power. They seem to know that the people hate them and that they deserve to be overthrown. So they engage in extreme state-sponsored violence in order cling to power — in the hopes of running out the clock and dying before they are brought to justice.
One of the greatest lessons of this whole pandemic for me has been that the state is not your friend. It does not “care”. The state exists to reproduce itself and the existing hierarchies in society. Always has. The state apparently will do just about anything to stay in power. The difference between King Herod and Fauci is that Fauci has considerably more power and Fauci has killed far more people during his 37-year reign of terror.
In this light, the Jesus story becomes all the more remarkable and instructive. A guy with no money, rejected by mainstream society — all his friends are misfits — causes governments to quake with fear (to this day) because he has the audacity to tell the truth. We can draw inspiration from the fact that the simple act of speaking truth is enough to topple the most powerful global empires. I think it’s well nigh time for us to start flipping the tables of the corrupt white coat high priests of our current era.
Blessings to all of the warriors for truth! 🙏
Can someone please send this article to Tony Fauci?
Don’t forget: it happened in Moses’ day, too: Pharaoh wanted all the firstborn sons killed to thwart a potential overthrow. The prophet Samuel warned the later Israelites against crowning a king (see 1 Samuel 8); they didn’t listen.
About 10 years ago, I spent three years in deep study of the OT. Oh, the wisdom that can be found there! Who knew?
My knee will ONLY ever bow to One, and it won’t be Fauci, Schwab, Gates, or any other antiChrist.
