(This raises concerns about an increased risk of developing conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease.)
It seems certain to me that if fluorine enters an infant's system through food or drinking water, it will inevitably affect the brain.
One can only hope that, a thousand years from now, humanity doesn't find itself regressed to the level of great apes due to fluorine exposure.
If there are multiple factors suspected to be causes, you can estimate the contribution of each using multiple regression analysis.

We all feel it; astonished, disheartened, angered, discouraged.. at the captured system's refusal to entertain looking for the cause.. of the almost certainly, almost entirely avoidable maiming, distress and untold human cost. The monies now involved in diagnosis, treatment (pharma), support services and special needs schools.. is off the charts, a public purse 'shell game' feeding frenzy.

They have no idea that this is actually a strike in an asymmetric biochemical warfare that will ultimately make them sicker than their unvaccinated compatriots who live on legal/illegal drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes.
The 2023 book 'Ultra-Processed People' by Dr C van Tulleken is quite a good account of the rise in the intake of 'ultra-processed food'. UPF makes up a far higher proportion of the diet in, say, the UK and USA than in Italy.
Have you read Arthur Firstenberg's 2017 book 'The Invisible Rainbow' on exposure to non-ionising radiation? Unfortunately I think some of the claims in it may be unreliable but the rest of the book is useful. I'm not sure that we have anything else that's decisively better, anyway.

I've watched a very interesting video on YT called Dr James Davies: The Origins of the DSM [ posted some ten yrs ago ]
And I watched this video a couple of yrs ago and whenever I read or hear about 'Autism' or 'ADHD' etc I think of this talk of this dr. : The group of ppl who formed the 'commission' who "improved" / adjusted DSM 3 - 5 all had financial ties with Big Pharma. So were certain mental / fysical conditions created to favour the business model of big pharma ?
If I remember correctly, this doctor explained that the DSM-5 had become a lot thicker because this ‘committee’ had invented a whole host of new clinical pictures, some of which were quite ridiculous and absurd! In addition, the new DSM books were being printed and doctors could collect them for free at certain locations, but according to this ‘committee and their employer’, that was happening far too slowly. But far too few doctors bothered to take it either. So Big Pharma bought them all up and sent them to all the doctors they thought should particularly have this new, updated edition in their possession. That way, Pharma could at least be sure that this new edition would actually be used and that it would have the desired effect on their revenue models! The mothers are vaccinated and have immune activation and that is passed on to their children, even if those infants are delivered vaginally and breastfed and even unvaccinated. The damage is compounded with each generation. I think a key part of this is probably due to what happens to mothers' immune systems and the microbiome that babies inherit. I've just written about this in relation to new research findings from the My Baby Biome project that found as many as 25% of infants had NO bifidobacterium in their microbiome.
