The answer is very simple: on the basis of some interpretation of empirical experience — a subjective exercise with no universally accepted logical rules" which sounds like logic is not the arbiter of these disagreements.

In medical science 2.0 - the curriculum vitae with respect to author integrity - must be the core of any publication. In particular - to what extent has the author demonstrated that he/she is able to defy authority?
